The worst nail salon experience I've ever had in my life! To start off with I was ignored when entering the salon. After waiting awhile I had to go up to a technician and ask if they had time to do a pedicure. They said yes and seemed annoyed that I wasn't going to tolerate being ignored anymore and took matters into my own hands. I sat down and was taken care of by an elderly woman who clearly has early stages of dementia (not her fault.). She did not clip my toenails and scrubbed my toes with a dry brush. No soap or water. She also placed rocks on my legs when I didn't even ask for them. While I was receiving the pedicure two of the technicians were laughing at the elderly woman and myself. Apparently this was a joke to them. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and I will not be back! They just lost a great customer . I did however give the elderly woman a large tip for doing her best and treating me with respect.
I took my daughter here and first I will say, I wish I knew her name because she was great with my daughter. Gave her a manicure and pedicure including little flowers painted on. However my pedicure was AWFUL. He did not file my nails and he was struggling to see the whole time. You can see in the picture where my nails where left raw on the edges and just looks like I painted them at home. I also left with polish on my skin that I had to remove when I got home. Is it so hard to ask for people to take their time and actually care about the service they provide.
They used files that were not clean and showed. Lear signs of prior use. The dryers for the nails were dirty as you could feel the buildup. One of us had several of our nails fell off within a week. Mine were uneven and my polish on my natural nails was not even fully removed prior to putting on acrylics. Was not worth the quality for the convenience. I'd leave no stars if it was an option.
Great place for your nails. Absolutely a rip off for your feet. Twice I've been extremely disappointed with the service and cost with my feet.
Amazing as always , they take the proper precautions with sanitation. The store is always neat and clean ! Love the decor and while all this mess is going on they are still really friendly and have a lot of options. I always go to tee she's amazing with eye brows and nails ! I was very difficult with what I wanted but we made it there and she did amazing as always. All of them are amazing and Patience would highly recommend
