Never again the women NEVER stopped talking, I had a headache when I left pedi was ok
Made an appointment over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, they said they were a 1/2 hour behind and asked if I could come back. I agreed and came back in a 1/2 hour. No one looked up or ever checked in with me again. I sat for another 1/2 hour (so now 1 hour past my appointment time) and ended up leaving because at this point I was sitting with four other clients waiting....... Why take appointments if you aren't going to honor them? I won't go back.
Nina is the worst. She yells at customers and was supposed to do a clear manicure and it turned out horribly. I asked for my money back and she screamed at me. Do not go here!!!
my friends and I scheduled appointments at 6pm. We arrived early and then sat there until 6:30 when we asked someone if we would be going soon. we were met with attitude and annoyance and told that we were the last ones booked for the 6pm slot and it would be another hour. so if you make an appointment here(which I would not recommend) make sure to show up an hour later then your appointment is for. but honestly don't go here they were rude and disorganized
