N K Salon & Tanning in Cincinnati, OH

He saved my life actually, because when I was in active addiction, I OD'd at my job, when I was a parking lot attendant. Now, I'm 1 year and 2 months clean and I'm a baker; I started going to NK's after he helped save my life, and the hair cuts I've received since have been amazing.

I'm not sure how to describe my experiences here. It's the only tanning salon by campus, so people come to it. It's cheap, which I love, but it comes with a different type of "price". The tanning rooms themselves are dirty. There are old towels left from the people before, and random things on the ground. Sometimes nails from who knows where, other times trash. You clean the bed beforehand, because I'm not very confident they get cleaned in between each client. Everytime I've been, the owners have been kind. Sometimes they're preoccupied, but they get me in and out. You get what you pay for. I think it could be better if a little more love and care was put into the salon.

Worst haircut and haircutting experience of my life. I created this account just to let you know how horrible NK is. Gave me terrible bangs when even after I asked him to cut them. He cut the back freakishly short, however. And his conversation was at a point racist and at all other times about his finances (e.g. how he has many houses he has). He spent eight minutes cutting my hair and an equal amount of time afterwards washing my hair, which made me pretty uncomfortable, just given the kind of weirdo he is. I am now off to go to another barber to get this mess addressed. God help me
