Two years ago this was a great salon. I'm convinced the only reason Michael has a salon is so that he can be on stage telling everyone how wonderful and talented he is. I've never met a more overblown ego. He literally never stops talking about himself. He was once on the phone in a room filled with clients loudly telling the bank he would be transferring $10,000. Attention, much?! He's had some amazing stylists but they never stay for long which is why he is constantly running Facebook ads for stylists. They do great work but if you are looking for a stylist for the long haul you're not going to find it here. It's a shame that it's such a cute place with a great feel and a convenient location. I didn't even mind the high prices because the services were great. Clearly a toxic environment.
Been calling the phone number and leaving a message for weeks. Never have heard from anyone. I am wondering if they are even in business.
Not a great experience. I showed the stylist a picture of want I wanted. She proceed to cut whatever way the owner told her to do.
No style in stylist. I felt like a manikin. Wish I didn't go to this hair dresser.
