Perfect nails everytime - She is the greatest at getting my nail shape exactly right. This time I did an ombré with a little sparkle. Cant wait to come back to try the chrome this summer!

Chanel provided a hurried, painful and aggressive manicure experience. Left with bleeding cuticle. I'll stick with Sue or Ivy, or go elsewhere.

Deluxe pedicure. Absolutely no complaints! At other places I've experienced sharp files and over zealous scrubbing. This young man did a fantastic job. I could actually relax! Clean and nice establishment. I will return.

This place is a joke. I went a couple of times had one girl I liked last summer. I work at the school where I'm not allowed to have polish or artificial nails so I don't get my nails done most of the year, just pedicures. I called and asked for a couple of girls I had before...they no longer work there. The CLOWN that answered the phone said if I came back more often maybe they would still be there. Are you kidding me??? I've worked in the beauty industry for years and we would never say that to a client or customer. I will never step foot in your spa again. I have taken my business to M Nail salon and they're much better and professional! I heard they were the previous owners of this location...too bad they sold it!

I went the first time, got dip gel on and a pedicure. The pedicure was nothing spectacular but no real issues. The nail dip was a terrible experience. They were done very sloppy (I had just moved to the area and was used to Saline- Cani Nails- salons whom take care to do them well). She rushed through it and did them so thin I knew it wasn't great but I thought well it will probably be fine, maybe they just do them like that here. Got home, 5 hours later one of them started peeling. Two days in and three of them were lifting and peeling like they had a hot candle by them. It was strange. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back one more time. This experience was worse. It was a clearly an inexperienced tech so as he made mistakes I pointed them out, nicely. He made feeble attempts to fix, but not actually fixing. One layer of dip, and literal hairs stuck in them. I said something but nothing was really done. I tried to voice the issues but the 'main guy' was watching and I could tell by his face he knew it was bad but he made no attempt to help correct or offer a discount. They ALL ten lifted the next day. I went back to saline Cani Nails to get them fixed. No more chances. I was upfront about the issues and was very kind and understanding and I still left with a bad product. Not recommended.
