In response to the owners comment, these pictures were soon after my appointment where no medicated shampoo was used to create any discolor.
It was never mentioned that I needed to come back for yet another treatment after TWO bad ones, just an appointment for a gloss that would most definitely not fix the horrible demarcations throughout my hair. I would never return to this salon to get more excuses and terrible service.
This is NOT balayage PERIOD!
I was able to go to a salon where they fixed all of this mess in ONE session that took 6 hour and told me to never return to Alexa and Muse Modern again.
I rarely write a review but I have to say that Muse Modern Salon is the best salon I've ever been to! Alexis does my hair and is amazing. She's extremely talented and an absolute sweetheart. Everyone that works there is amazing. They all work extremely hard, are serious about their work and very professional. But they do know how to have a good time and make getting your hair done fun. I'm glad I found this Salon.
I reached out to Alexis back in 2019/early 2020 to correct hair color that someone else had done. When I tell you she is a fairy godmother...!!! We worked together with being patient and repeated sessions to not only reach my hair goals, but my wedding hair dreams! Alexis and her amazing team did my hair for my wedding day and I have not wavered since. She takes the time necessary and it's always a joy going into the salon. She takes pride in her work and educating her team. If 10 stars were an option, that would be it for me!
I absolutely love this salon!!! Alexis and her team always do a wonderful job on my hair! I've been going to her since 2020 and I will never go to anyone else!! These ladies are professional but also a great time! I always look forward to my appointments because of the Culture Alexis has created.
