Kim cuts our hair. My wife and teen girls love how she cuts, colors, and styles their hair. They have a wonderful, relaxing experience. The prices are reasonable and Kim is really friendly. I would recommend her to anyone!

I went to brandy to get my eyebrows waxed when I was in Clarkston for the weekend ,she did a fantastic job for a great price .
I recently moved to the valley and moxie looked like the most professional salon in town. I was able to make a same day appointment for a cut and color. I told katy (my stylist) that I wanted an ombre effect and she assured me that she can do that.
When I got there, I wasn't really greeted. I brought many pictures of what I wanted and she suggested something that I didn't want. She then snapped at me saying "well I don't know what you want then"! I told her that I wanted what was in the pictures. She colored and cut my hair without really talking to me. She cut and styled my hair without me looking. She finally let me see what she did and she gave me grow out! It looked like I haven't colored my hair in a few months. She also didn't completely cut the hair around my face!
I was so upset that I emailed the manager and I didn't hear from them for a few days. I finally called and the manager told me that they don't "communicate through email"! So I told her how upset I was and she offered to redo my hair but I was put of town so that wouldn't work so I wanted my money back. She said that I would have to talk to katy about that. She took my phone number down and said that she would call me. It's been a week and a half and no call. The whole experience was so unprofessional.
