She is so talented and pays attention to the little details and I love that she cares just as much as I do. The whole salon is very luxurious and has a beautiful second story. I have seen this salon for years, and I don't know why I waited so long to come in. I had my haircut by several different talented hair colorists. But that's the thing, they're great at color but, just don't do it for me at haircuts. So I did some research and found Rich. Let me tell you, Rich is absolutely talented. Rich looks at what you want, your face shape, etc. And executes your cut perfectly. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair! I'm looking forward to seeing him for a color appointment in the future. I'm going to be going to him for a very long time.
Two of us went there to get our hair done. One of us wanted to balayage that came out to be a total disaster more like highlights of whatever color you wanna call, it definitely not blonde the other one of us just wanted the blonde highlighted or lightened up a little more and end up, going home with dark hair, and no highlights I just like to know who holds these stylists accountable for the disasters. They do to peoples hair and then charge them three to $400 and you walk out completely unsatisfied and feel like you just been robbed.
