Excellent service! Everyone is super nice and inviting. Very relaxing vibe. If you have blonde hair, Britt is very talented!

My experience with this salon is a bit of a mixed review... The haircuts my husband and son received were always great, however we were forced to leave the salon after having scheduling issues. My son had an appointment at 5 PM that had been scheduled for 5 weeks since our last visit. On the day of the appointment, his baseball practice ran over and we were running behind to get to the appointment. At 10 after 5, I received a call from the salon and was told that because we were running late and we were "worked in" at 5, that they would have to reschedule our appointment. Now remember, 5 weeks prior when our appointment was made we were not "worked in" and should have been allowed the fully allotted 30 minutes for a men's haircut so there was no reason we should have been rescheduled. Despite this, I was allowable to the reschedule, because we were late and I didn't want to cause any issues... until I was told I would be charged for the visit that the salon chose to reschedule. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy which I was aware of, but I didn't cancel our appointment, the salon rescheduled it. I called back the next day and tried to make amends, but was met with the same resistance and was basically forced to end our time with the salon.. I can't give my business to an establishment that treats there customers this poorly

I'm visiting family here in Birmingham. I'm from south Florida. Needed to get my hair done. Came to Modern Ashley studio salon. When you walk in, your greeted with a smile. The salon is beautiful nice and clean sal.
The hairdresser who did my hair is Dina. She was amazing, friendly, and confident. Also, thank you Kelly for assisting. Everyone who works there are so friendly.

Great place! I found my salon... I'll be back when I'm visiting Birmingham again.

Rudest staff and hairstylists. My hairstylist had an attitude the entire time, and the front desk was rude. Wouldn't pay to go here again and transferred salons. They also did not let me know a staff member tested positive for Covid until I checked in before my appointment and asked for them to wear masks because my hairstylist (during Covid when masks are mandated) did not wear a mask for most of my appointment. At one point she even took my mask off without asking me.

I've been going to Morgan Ashley for years and have the best experiences! Ashley always gets my hair looking fabulous and I can't thank them enough for taking care of me each time I'm there. Cannot recommend them enough
