Charles sat down with me and listened to my concerns and questions about my combination loose waves and tight waves. Then he explained what he thought would be best for me. All through the cut and styling, Charles talked me through the process. He was patient and informative. I love the cut. It is a much better shape for my body and is super easy to style. The cut also addresses the different wave patterns in my hair, so they all blend and look great. I already have my next appointment scheduled. I'm looking forward to being a regular customer.
