I have been going here for a few years now, and decided to go back June to get some highlights. I always go with Josefina but she was busy so Maria offered to do it . I googled her license to make sure she was good and all. Well this lady bleached my hair for 8 hrs straight. Bleached my roots first and if you know you're not suppose to bleach the roots until the end because they process faster. Well I had bright yellow roots and orange ends. At that point it was 8Pm she applied color, orange color, and sent me on my way . I clearly told her I didn't like it and would come back. I called her and told her my hair was super orange and she said she would charge me again to change the color; mind you I asked for light brown with highlights. Fast forward six months later my hair is falling in chunks I don't even know what to do .
Silvia is absolutely amazing at doing hair!!! She has been doing me and my daughter's hair for over 30 years! What you ask for is what you will get! She is the only one I've ever trusted when it also comes to coloring. Always on point.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are horrible!!! Silvia left my hair in bleach for 6 hours!!!!! And at the end the result was not even close to what I asked for she just did what ever she wanted!!! She was sooo unprofessional she has up to like 6 clients at a time and my hair was to the end of my back and she fried it all off now my hair is up to my neck because my hair was falling off because of how damaged it was! And let's talk about unsanitary!!! She uses the same brush for all her clients!!! And there were ants all over the place!! Just horrible and unprofessional. Don't come here unless you want your hair fried off

Everybody on the place is nice, friendly and cares about you as a costumer. They get really busy I wish they have like a real- appointments because sometimes she takes too many people on her line and between checking one and another you can span quite 6-8 hours because she is doing between two and tree people at the same time. Overall, is a good place to get highlights and color.
