Untidy and outdated products. Monali - seems like the owner - she talks well but service is too bad. The blankets and the robes they gave were very dirty. Products seems to be expired The whole salon is not kept clean. Due to covid may be the salon is experiencing less customers but still if they need to maintain . I would never return. Owner talks but poor or bad service and charges are high.

I would not recommend there service to any of my friend . I called can mentioned I have Groupon owner booked the appointment . After the service she said I do not accept Groupon which was strange . I had to pay for the service though I had Groupon .

They did the mehndi for a wedding that I attended in Atlanta. Incredibly friendly and they stayed late to make sure everyone got the designs that they wanted. Great work and great overall experience!

What an absolute disappointment. Was drawn into this location because of a Groupon; when I got there they told me that they would honor the price without me having the purchase the groupon. I came in for a Brazilian & upper lip wax. Like any girls out there, you get really nervous trying out a new place when it comes to waxing down there. This was hands down one of my most uncomfortable, lengthy, and painful waxes (and I've had some PHENOMENAL experiences) I've ever experienced. The esthetician took me to the back after about a 15 minute wait. She told me she was going to use one of their chocolate waxes because it's "less painful" and "more effective". Once she got to work she asked me if I wanted a BIKINI WAX TOO. I told her that a Brazilian includes both bikini and the full Brazilian typically. She said if you want a bikini I'm going to charge you extra. So initially my Groupon included a $35 Brazilian. Since there was a slight language barrier, she failed to mention that by taking off a few hairs along the bikini line it would be an ADDITIONAL $30. Normally when you get a Brazilian wax you're paying $35 and that includes EVERYTHING. So she took advantage of the fact that I had a few bikini line hairs. She was not very sensitive to the fact that she kept re-waxing several times over the same spot as well. With that being said, my wax took an entire 45 minutes. My total price leaving here after supposedly using a coupon was $65 not including tip, which is double than I normally pay for this wax ANYWHERE else. And the cherry on top was I went home with chocolate all over my legs, bottom, and other places because she did not clean me up before I left. What an unforgettable nightmare. Zero stars.

Got my eyebrows threaded for this first time and I love how they turned out! The atmosphere is welcoming and professional. I will definitely be back!
