Very organized and friendly! So glad I gave them a second try! Turns out the manager is really nice!

It was super fast and relaxing the time that I when is been a month and honestly my nails are still getting compliments. Daniel was the person that did my nails. Most definitely coming back!!!!

Will never recommend this salon and I will never step foot in there again. June 7th my daughter turned 3 and I wanted to take her to get her finger and toenails done for the first time in the salon. It was 12 in the afternoon on a Wednesday and there were several workers in the salon and few people getting services done at the time of our arrival. I told the man at the counter we didn't have an appointment but told him what services we wanted, and he stated, "he would see how long the wait is". I had my daughter try to pick out her color, which there were very limited nail polish colors that looked of good quality, and as we did that the man came back to us and asked if we wanted gel or polish. Once I told him I wanted polish since she was 3 he smiled and walked back to the back to I assume communicate that to the workers. There was a man taking a nap in one of the chairs and I saw the other man wake him up and talk for about 3 min. The man at the counter came back to tell myself and my daughter that "no one has time for us today and asked us to leave. I was shocked and told him are you serious and when did you all stop taking walk ins? I also mentioned the man sleeping in the one of the chairs.  He did not answer me and only responded "the man sleeping has an appointment coming up and again said there is no time for you today." My daughter was extremely upset. I am so very upset that we were denied service on her birthday, and we were embarrassed like that. I will make sure to tell everyone of this experience and will take my business to the several other nail salons in the area from now on. You all should feel ashamed for what you did.

From the start this experience will deter me from ever coming back unless I need a set done by Tiffany because she's the best in Okc. First and foremost; get pricing up front, they change and add as they want and what you got one time won't be the same price as before. Also; USE YOUR VOICE. I have a toe I dropped something on that is black and requires a gel base coat on top of before my French tip so that is is not visible. This lady painted a clear coat and then was gonna leave my toes black like that. It took 20 minutes of explaining what I needed to get a different employee to help her choose a color. They first tried to force me to paint the whole nail a solid color. Finally, an employee saved me and found a color that covered what I needed. Do not go hear for good pricing. ONLY go when you need a luxury set.

A complete rip off! $5.00 to remove polish. $15.00 for a chin wax when the book clearly says $7.00. The only explanation is the website is updated daily depending on what they feel and the technician who does the waxing. I'll definitely be calling about the unsanitary conditions and a refund.
