Model Nails by LNH in Bessemer, AL

I had an awful experience. the staff is unfriendly. Their health score is an 80. The gel polish on my feet wasn't done correctly and started streaming and coming off the next day. I will not be back.

I went here to get my toes polished the next morning I put my shoes on the Polish smeared on both feet. The next day I went back to have my toes repolished and they did the same thing the next morning. Two days in a row the nail tech apparently used to much Polish which didnt allow for a hard dry. I called the third day and the tech told me because it wasn't gel Polish it takes at least 25 mins to fully dry which i did wait under the dryer for it to dry. I asked if it took 24 hours to dry because that's when I put closed toe shoes on for work the next morning. She also stated that I could pay them $20 more dollars after I paid two days ago for a redo. They will never get my money again. she was also very rude I am  very dissatisfied!

This is the worst nail salon I've been to. Their customer service is awful! I was reminded repeatedly how much my services were for me and the other person I was with; as if I couldn't afford to pay! Before my services were complete I went ahead and asked if I should pay first and was given a gleeful "yes". I planned to tip 20% of the services which totaled $105; which would've been $21. I needed change so I told the lady who performed my services to give me back $30 from $150 leaving her with a $15 tip. She had the nerve to say "so just $15" and laugh. Again, I needed change and I didn't want one associate to have to tell the other the total for the tip. I wanted to tip them separately. I gave the other lady $10 for a $35 service. BOTH technicians were tipped MORE THAN 20%. There was no one in the salon so they should've been grateful to have business; especially during a pandemic. They have a 90 rating and I had to ask the lady who performed my services to change her gloves after she went outside to get a foot scraper from the car and she asked why. I told her because she touched other items! Just ridiculous!!! Stay away! They didn't do that spectacular of a job to even deserve 20%.

Update: the toe nail polish must've been old because it started chopping the same night. It had to be blended with another color and fixed by me. Never go to this place.

Not very friendly, the nail polish started cracking once it dried, the people didn't care and the person who did my nails didn't care, was just doing a routine. Not going back
