I thought The bikini wax I received on 3/11/23 was 2/5 stars she missed an entire sections and I had to attempt to tweeze but she missed all the hair on my labia (very unsightly) and other places.... I mean i've never had a bikini wax last 11 minutes this one did, but she actually missed an entire section that I should've checked before I left the salon. I would not recommend the salon unless you were in an absolute hurry and needed a service done and they had an appointment same day.
Got a hair blow out by Megan - she's so sweet! She listens and I felt safe throughout the entire process while crippled lol.
This salon went above and beyond to be helpful! Truly amazing customer service and style!
Lyuba is so talented at hair color! And wow, aveda color doesn't smell toxic...everything is so much healthier, you won't get headache. I also love the vibe of this downtown salon...fresh, clean, and natural. But seriously, go to Lyuba--you'll be glad you did! She's the best.
