Tech is taking calls & texting throughout my appt. It took her 1 1/2 hours to complete a dip, which typically takes only 1 hour, tops. Quality of service VERY POOR. French Dip was a disaster.
Don't promote walk ins if you aren't going to accept walk ins! It totally defeats the purpose. It's false advertising for one and two to laugh at potential customers is unprofessional and down right disgusting. They definitely need to work on there customer service.
They are not exactly rude just not personable if they don't know you... I take my daughter in she loves them or I swear I would never step foot in the door they was harsh on my nails and they didn't last so if you go ask for Miya also my pedicure was amazing lasted a long time and super soft!!! Her husband is a hot mess and I mean that with all do respect he's funny all up in the buisness... I would have also like to sit on the couch comfortably reading my book while waiting for my baby without getting kicked in the back several times by the cutest lil girl ever laying on the couch!!! Not my spot at all! But my baby likes it and until she can drive we will be bringing her she spends her own money so it is very well her choice
I came in with my mother to get a prevacation manicure and full set. I had made the appointment a couple weeks prior and when I came in it was obvious that they had not been actually prepared for my appointment. Mom and I were advised to wait, which we did - about 15 minutes for her and then 20-25 minutes for me.
My mom had come in with her own nail polish color but the manicurist seemed to not want to use it and so she talked my mom into getting shellac. Mom picked a color, which apparently they did not have. Instead of telling her this they decided to combine two of the nail polishes to create something "similar". Mom wasn't very happy with it, but because she didnt want to ruin my experience didnt make a big deal of it at the time. The shellac was done poorly, and within a couple days was chipping and then by the end of the week it just peeled completely off. She would have been better off with the OPI nail polish she brought in. We could not go back to get it fixed as we were already out of town for vacation.
I got a full set done and I'll be honest I really liked how they looked. I came in with a couple of different pictures which i showed to them and after a bit of repeated explaining they came out looking like how I hoped. Unfortunately the polish started chipping off them as well, within a couple of days. It is also worth stating that even though they had a check in offer for 10% off any service, I was told that they "didnt do yelp" and was treated to quite the story about them having yelp mark them as closed as retaliation for something or other. They ended up giving me the 10% off, but I'll be honest it wasn't worth the hassle that it caused.
I may come back if I want a very detailed design, as they seem to do a lot of them and well. I don't think I'll come back if I want just want regular nails done though as they seem to not last long and they are pricey.

Follow up after the business owners response to the original review (that is before the line) below:
1) This is not a hospital - it's a nail salon. I don't expect to wait 20+ minutes for an appointment I booked 2 weeks ahead of time.
2) I go to a manicurist to get a manicure done, not to buy nail polish. It does not effect your bottom line to use my nail polish. In fact it helps you because you aren't using up your product.
3) It has not been a couple of months since my appointment. My appointment was Wednesday December 8th and I returned home on December 18th from my vacation. Then there was Christmas and the New Years holidays. I do not need to post reviews immediately for them to be valid.
4) You didn't take it off Yelp at the time of my appointment. That is why I knew of it's existence obviously.
I do acknowledge that not everything revolves around me, however I am the customer, who is dissatisfied with the service I received. Instead of attacking and mocking me, send me a message privately on this platform like a good business owner and take your pride out of the equation. I do not use Facebook, so I will not be contacting you there.

Super friendly staff and I am very happy with the way my nails turned out. Honda did my nails and pays close attention to detail. I will be back!
