I got in to a appointment the very next day after calling which was wonderful!!!! My dog can be very hard to handle for his nail clipping but she did it with such ease it was great! Next time I will leave a bigger tip because I know that was a trial to get my dogs nails done! Great job would recommend to anyone !!!!!!

I've brought my dog to this groomer 3-4 times in the past 2 years. She goes in for a trim before summer and then again late summer. The groomer is qualified. The place of business is fine. My low rating is because the last 2 times I brought my dog in, it took waaaayyy too long. The first time it happened she texted me and said "crazy day, can you give me another hour?" Ok. I can work with that. This last time, I made an appointment for 11:30 am and she told me 2 hours. At the two hour mark, I parked in front and watched customer after customer walk in the door with animals and come out a few minutes later. I went in to see how my dog was coming along and she told me "crazy day etc" I told her I would be waiting out front. After sitting and watching I realized that she was taking walk-ins before my dog with an appointment. At the 3 hour mark I went in again and she confessed that she hadn't even started grooming my dog. 25 minutes later my dog was ready. She let my old, nervous dog sit in a crate for 3 hours while she put other animals ahead of her. My dog was wet and poorly groomed. This groomer loves cash more than animals.
