do not go here if you are trying to get a perm. they fucked up my sisters hair and are now calling her a scammer and blaming her for it being messed up. she was unhung up on, ingnored, and blocked on facebook. our mom took photos of my sister getting the perm because it was her first time ever getting one (if you knew our mom you would understand, she is very sentimental, and she is in early stage dementia. so she wants photos of everything so she can try and remember things). the fact that these ladies didnt bother to ask is on them. they need to either fix my sisters hair or refund her money.
p.s. i'm not a fake profile either, before they try to claim that.
I had my hair highlighted with foils. I wanted very blonde color. I showed Missy a picture. She foiled it then sat me at a dryer however, she did not pull the dryer down and another employee caught that and lowered it. Missy was too busy on her phone. After 20 min Missy removed the foils and my hair was bright yellow brassy. I told Missy my hair was brassy she said ," No its not." She did not bother to use a toner ,which was ok with me because if she can't color I sure wouldn't want to trust her to correct it. I had another salon correct it. however, I did leave a small tip because of all the foils placed .The shop was not aesthetically pleasing as it was cluttered with old mismatched chairs shoved in the sitting area and it did not appear to be very clean. The décor was horrible. I hope this review saves another person from receiving poor coloring service.
Anne and Karen are wonderful for having your hair done. They do a great job for both my husband and myself. They are friendly and helpful. I have known both for years. Shelly does nails there. Great service at reasonable prices.
