This review is for one of the stylist that works at Mission Viejo Beauty, BAHA. My hair is blond but lately a lot of gray is starting to show up. My stylist is Baha, and she is amazing. She always checks my hair to see what exactly needs to be done. Today she did low lights with very few high lights. The end result is totally natural. SIMPLY LOVE IT! Best compliment I can give to Baha, my husband loves it.
I attempted to get my eye brows threated here but I immediately got shot down by a mean persian lady just hanging out on a chair. I asked what time they closed and she said they closed at 6:45pm ....it was beraly 5:45pm? She asked me to come back tomorrow I said I was out of town this weekend she proceeded to laugh at me. Not sure what was so funny. Extremely irritated.
I was a client of Mission Viejo Beauty (specifically Dennis) for nearly 2 years. Several months ago I decided to NEVER return to Dennis or Mission Viejo Beaty ever again after Dennis turned my hair orangish/brassy and then insisted he charge me his regular fee without correcting the problem. I brought the problem to the attention of the owner and she offered no resolution either. Up to that point I thought Dennis was especially good with giving a good haircut. He took the time necessary to ensure a perfect blunt cut. My hair color was not so good. In the past, the owner was always courteous, sent very helpful appt reminders and offered tea during visits. It is really sad that this business has lost sight of customer service. They seem to not be very busy and now I know why.
This review is for Dennis microblading. I got this procedure done previously and his work is FAR superior and a BETTER price! He does create more strokes creating an even more natural look in comparison to other artists in this area. If you want to get microblading do not go anywhere else other than with Dennis! You won't regret it. I am beyond happy. He is a perfectionist and very detailed - thank you Dennis!
