AMAZING service and staff!! Don't walk...RUN to make your appointment for your lashes, brows or facial here. I have been receiving multiple services (lashes, waxing, facials) with various artists here for over a year and I can't go anywhere else now! Everyone is always so friendly and goes the extra mile. The office manager Victoria is a bubbly breath of sunshine every time I walk in the door. She always has a positive attitude and is so helpful and accommodating. All the technicians I have had, do an amazing job and I've never had a bad experience. Consistently on time and happy to accommodate any special requests or changes I have asked for. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful, I can't say better things about my experience here.

Don't believe the Karen's of the world. Love this place and their service. Quality work, employees, management, and owners. Definitely recommend for anyone in need of lashes.

DO NOT GO HERE! They do not guarantee their work!!! Manager Victoria unprofessional and on a power trip. Been going here for close to 2 years for lash lifts. Ariana G. who just got hired recently did a poor job doing my lashes and stated it did not take well when she was done. When I called in after a couple weeks that I would like a redo I was told by new manager Victoria via TEXT they would not redo and to find another lash place!!! Reason being I had other lifts not turn out because of incompetent employees not leaving product on long enough or using wrong rods in the past and they no longer honor more than 1 day! This is how they treat a long-term customer that stuck with them even though they wasted my time during those sessions. I have always followed the guidelines of not getting wet. I also had Alysha cancel all my advance appointments after I cancelled when I was in hospital. Poor customer service. You can do better else where! Owner never called to remedy.

This update is based on CUSTOMER SERVICE- wow wow wow holy smokes. We had some scheduling issues one day, and the OWNER has graciously reached out to make things BEYOND right, she's making sure I always come back. I'm not going to go into details on what she's done or how she's taking care of me, but I've never experienced CONTINUED care from an owner. Sure, fix it and forget it, but she's making sure things keep to the quality she expects for her company and from her employees. I feel taken care of, and valued. Thank you so much.

Wow! Jin did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She is so knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. She also doesn't try to talk clients into services they don't need. She's honest, upfront, and really knows her stuff! I highly recommend Jin. If you are on the fence and not sure what you need or should do Jin is your gal she will hook you up and you won't be disappointed!!!
