B Natural Nails & Spa in Olympia, WA

I came in on Saturday and the lady looked at my boyfriend, best friend and i up and down and I felt so uncomfortable. The lady didn't ask what color I wanted and just told me to go to the nail station area. The nail tech didn't prep my nail at all and started applying the nail. She trimmed them with dusty nail clippers and got mad because I didn't like how they turned out. She proceeded to judge how my hands looked and was trying to make conversation. I was so embarrassed. They didn't have enough colors to show me and when I picked one out it didn't even look like the nail color. And by the way she didn't even brush the nail clipping off nor my hand I felt so much discomfort. Ive had them on for 4 days now and one already popped off. Meanwhile my boyfriend got a manicure and all she did was trim his nails. She charged him 30 dollars when the sign said 20. My nails were 45 but the sign said 35. Please capital mall take this crappy nail salon out. 100% do NOT recomend.

I asked if they did dip color, they said yes. After they removed my dip, they attempted to apply new dip that would not stick. So they asked me if I want gel. I said sure I wanted to walk out of there with done nails. Before the color was dryer by the lamp, I was asked if I liked it, I said no and they told me to leave because I changed my mind too much. Mind you the only reason I did, is because they could not perform the original service I asked for. I will not return and do not recommend this place at all.

I've been wanting to review this place since the day I first walked in but waited to see if they were consistent! Absolutely love this place! All the lady's are kind and sweet! It's located inside the Capital Mall next to JCPenny and has mall parking so Yes Please! Great parking is always a plus! It's clean inside, pretty decor and has both great Pedicures and manicure service! Wait did I mention how much I love this place?!?!?

Had a great first-time experience! They were prompt in helping me & the technician asked how I was doing several times. I stopped by on a whim since I needed to fix a broken nail and a fill, and she took great care and paid so much attention to detail along the way. I'd recommend if you're in the area!

My girl Patricia always does an outstanding job! Tried a few different nail salons but B natural nail salon has stayed my favorite. I've been coming here for 2 almost 3 years and I plan to continue coming. Going back soon and I cannot wait to see how good my nails look.
