I gave this salon one star because I had a horrible experience. I wanted to try this place to get an amazing mani-pedi because it's my birthday but instead I left completely Unsatisfied.The owner seemed very nice so even though the pricing was outrageous to me, I stayed. To begin, I had a new worker who did not know what she was doing( I pretty much paid my hard earned money to be somebody's practice dummy)and kept messing up my pedicure( she needed more practice). She seemed nice but I was very frustrated because I had to keep telling her how my nails were crooked, my toes weren't fully polished and to top it off the polish was smudged on my nails when she said she was done. I was so upset that I got such a poor quality pedicure at an upscale price of $35. I had to keep asking this "professional" to fix my nails and at one point I was so discouraged that I told her I would go home and fix them myself. You would think for $35 of ones hard earned money would buy me a high quality pedicure, but no. I didn't even get my manicure because by this time I was completely disappointed in the establishment and had made up my mind. So I went to L. A. Nails in Dover to get my manicure, which came out fantastic and made me feel better about my ugly pedicure ruining my birthday. I do not plan on coming back to Michelle's as lovely as Michelle seems due to Her employee's lack of skills.
