Miami Nails & Spa in Miami, OK

I went here because my regular nail salon was closed and I will never go again I got acrylics and my nail tech cut my cuticles and I started bleeding and the acrylics fell off in 2 days don't go here ever if u have a choice

I've only been here 2 times and had bad experiences both times.

Just a few days ago, I got a full set with regular polish. The lady who did my nails did not cut or shape my real nails and put on acrylics that were too big for my nail. She also stopped what she was doing to check text messages multiple times. When painting them, she told me to let them dry for about 10 minutes and then told me that they were dry and sent me on my way. I had a handful of chipped polish before I even got out the door.

Also, the other lady's daughters were in the salon being very loud and disrespectful to the other customers and were soaking their feet in the pedicure bowls. Employees walked around barefoot as well. Very unprofessional and very unsanitary.

Horrible. As soon as I got there, they stared at me and never said a word to me. I sat down in one of the chairs and she went straight to doing my nails. Never asked what I wanted beside the color. When she cut them too short and not the style I wanted, I corrected her and her response was " no one ever told me what u wanted" and took them off. Never cut my cuticles or anything. She wouldn't get off her phone and never talked to me. She was on Facebook typing while shaping my nails. Nails are crooked and uneven. Shape wise and length wise. Took her 20 minutes to do a full set that was horrible. She was more worried about getting her kids in an hour than doing a good job on nails. She left before I could even pay.

I've tried this nail salon three times. One pedi,  two fills. Their prices are high but comparable to the majority of the other salons in town.  Their prices aren't posted so you may pay more for a different tech for the same service.  A short drive to Joplin, Missouri will save you a lot of money. Their services are mediocre,  neither tech soaked my nails or trimmed my cuticles before my fill. The girls talk and gossip to each other and ignore the customers.  The tech giving me the pedicure was more interested in the movie than me. Three times and I'm out. Two stars because they do use mane brand products.

I walked in and asked the worker if she had time to take off my nails. She told me she did and then preceded to soak my nails (which wasn't even necessary). While my nails were soaking, she left and drove to McDonalds to get her lunch which she then gobbled away on a big mac directly in front of me. This establishment is a direct representation of the town: sad, unprofessional, and disappointing. Save your money.
