Mia is the consummate professional. I went back today for my touchup and rather than rush me through Mia spent almost 2 hours perfecting my brows. When I explained during my first visit that at 59 my brows were sparse, Mia explained all the elements of the procedure, gave me incredibly detailed instructions on aftercare, and was meticulous relative to her craft and hygiene. I specifically asked not to have brows that looked fake and she accommodated my request. They look natural and I am thrilled with the results. If you're seeking to have your brows "sorted out" Mia is the pro to see. She takes pride in her work and as a small business owner she knows that her customers' satisfaction is the most important consideration.

The best in the business! Mia has shaped my brows and done brow tinting for me for many years, my brows always come out perfect! And my mom has been a loyal client of hers for microblading/powder brows. Her brows look amazing and they look so natural given my mom did not start with a lot or eyebrow hair either, it took about 2 sessions for her to get to her perfect brow shape. Sometimes you need to just trust the process, give it time to heal, and make sure you go for your touch ups they make all the difference; Rome wasn't build in a day!.. 10/10 we both recommend. Over the last 30 years, I have hired all sorts of esthetician and beauty professionals but never have been brave enough to take the plunge on permanent makeup. I thought I had chosen the right person using Mia but sadly it was a costly and permanent mistake that I deeply regret. I should have known from her lack of google reviews (only having 1 at the time of writing this review) and not having one single review on her Facebook page from anytime in the past year.  I felt Mia was inexperienced and when she showed me the final product and knew I wasn't happy, she became extremely defensive. Days following the appointment, she called me multiple times and texted me paragraphs to assure me that I should "trust the process". She tried to invalidate my feelings of disappointment and most offensive, she continued on as to reassure herself that she did nothing wrong.

I'm unfortunately reminded every single day of the mistake I made in choosing Mia whenever I look in the mirror. I have since seen other Brow professionals who believe her work was done in an amateur way and feel they can't correct the work she did. I showed them before pictures, just as I did with Mia and never did the other brow professionals or Mia herself say the result I was looking to achieve, was unattainable- only when I was practically in tears from the finished product did she mention that. I hope if you are hesitant about doing permanent makeup on your face that you strongly consider all of your options, read all recent reviews diligently and do not use someone who is not only inexperienced but made the entire process one of the most upsetting things I have ever endured. Having buyers remorse for permanent makeup is something I don't wish for anyone.

I have to start off by saying I love my eyebrows.  As I got older my eyebrows started to thin out and I was starting  to feel self conscious about them.  Mia gave them a whole new life.   I was hesitant to get them done but Mia answered all the questions I had.   She is very detailed in all the instructions she gives for before procedure and aftercare.   She listens to all your concerns and makes you feel at ease.  I recommend Mia to anyone who wants to get their eyebrows done.  You will not be disappointed.
