Such a great experience.  
Jordan is my hair cutter and does a great job. Very convenient with plenty of parking.
Because they are busy it is always a good idea to make an appointment.
If you are new to the area and don't want to risk getting a bad cut. Check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Had the best experience with my stylist Veronica. She listened to what I wanted done with my hair and made the experience very relaxing. You can tell how much she cares for each one of her clients. She made me feel beautiful and I have fallen in love with my hair again. 10/10 recommend!!!

My rating for this business isn't necessarily based on the actual haircut, or the person who cut my hair, rather it's based on the salon's response and service, or lack thereof, when I later returned to have my haircut touched up because of the poor quality on their first attempt at cutting my hair.

My first appointment was via appointment. As the stylist was about to start cutting my hair, a walk-in customer came in and asked if anyone had time for a walk-in. My stylist told the gentleman to have a seat and she could probably get to him in 15 minutes. At the time, I thought to myself that was a little ambitious, since my hair hadn't been cut in about 9 months, and I also wanted a shampoo before my actual haircut. I explained to the stylist that I wanted to leave most of the length, but I needed to have the back taken up only enough to be "off the collar" and the sides should cover half my ears and not to raise the length any higher than that. After my haircut was complete, I was never provided an opportunity to look at the back via a second mirror, so I assumed my hair was cut in the back as I had specified. I was rather briskly hustled over to the counter to pay. When I got home, I realized that my hair was actually cut high and tight in the back, nearly 4 inches above collar length. The top was left longer, as I requested, but the problem was that due to the extremely short cut in the back (and on the sides) my hair now had very disproportional lengths between the back/sides and top. It's apparent the stylist didn't listen to how I wanted it cut, she was more concerned with getting my hair done quickly so she could squeeze in the walk-in customer, which she did -- from he time I sat down in the chair, until the time I walked out the door, it was only 15 minutes, literally, I actually looked at my watch at the start and again walking out (my consult, shampoo, haircut and payment were all completed within 15 minutes!).

I would have been okay with all that, had it not been for when I returned another day for a "repair." I was very polite and even offered to pay for a second haircut, it wasn't about the money, it was about cleaning up my embarrassing haircut. I arrived around 1030am, hoping someone could spend just 10 minutes on my hair. There were 2 stylists working at the time, only one customer in the chair and no customers waiting. The one stylist which was cleaning up from her previous customer at the time, told me that they wouldn't be able to work me in as a walk-in that day, and then she checked the computer and told me that the earliest I could be seen was the 17th (9 days in the future!). Are you kidding me, I thought to myself, I have to wear this haircut for another 9 days!?

I ended up going to a different barber shop to fix my haircut, and the barber said that not only was my hair cut out of proportion, but that it was uneven from one side to the other and there were long "clumps" of hair throughout which she would have to address. I knew my initial haircut wasn't good, but I didn't realize it was as bad as it was. Regardless, my biggest disappointment with Mia Bella Salon isn't the poor quality haircut I received, it's that when I went back for resolution, I was told they couldn't help me for over a week. If a customer receives a bad haircut, I expect the salon to figure out a way to make it right with a little more priority and don't just brush the customer aside.

I find it quite ironic that they can find time to squeeze in walk-ins when it's profitable for them, but when it's for the customer's welfare, they simply cannot find the time -- I even offered to pay for a second haircut!

I will never return to this salon, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Poor quality and even worse customer service. It's apparent, all these employees care about is the profit.

Im always nervous to get my hair done by someone new. Kendall was amazing. She listened to me. She is amazing! The atmosphere what great. They were busy, which is a good sign to me! Ill be going back!

I've been going to Kendall for 8 years. She always does an amazing job. I have never left feeling disappointed with my hair. I have done all kinds of different colors and styles. She is honest and let's you know if it will work with your hair type or not so you aren't disappointed.  She is a sweet person who cares about her clients. I even take my kids to her.
