Lena is simply the best.....we relocated to Las Vegas for 5 years, then San Diego for 5 years, before returning to Grosse Pointe in Fall of 2022....Lena took care of MI (my) Nails before we left and after we returned.....Lena is a True Professional who has earned my Trust & Gratitude!
Lena gives the best pedicure there is on the Eastside. She never has a bad day. I have gone to her exclusively for years and am spoiled!!
I have been a customer for almost 15 years here and will never return again! I am there A LOT which means I spend a lot with them. I emailed the owner earlier this week with no response, which is disrespectful, so here I go! The customer service has gone down hill, the owner Sam is greedy AF and I have seen and heard of so many long waits, decline in cleanliness and price gauging. My daughter waited 45 minutes a few weeks ago to get services done and then she finally walked out. The girl I booked with this week was rushed off my services to start another customer. I didn't appreciate that a bit. The owner, Sam, then completed my manicure and then accused me of not booking my appointment correctly on line and that being an excuse for my modified services. Isn't the customer always right?! I also am questioned all the time why my mother hasn't come back there, I've made excuses for too long and shouldn't be questionEd anyhow. Once I responded I once again get pissed and feel uncomfortable with them talking in another language to each other which means they are talking shit me which they do all the time about all the customers or various situations, it's extremely rude as we all know! There is a salon on almost every block, so when customers come they should be treated like you're happy to have them and that has been lost at Mi Nails. Sam needs to worry about his salons reputation and fix things because the cleanliness and the customer service decline doesn't go unnoticed. In summary, I suggest you avoid the headache and bring your hard earned money somewhere where your appreciated and respected.
