The employees constantly talk in Vietnamese and are not friendly. You spend $75 you expect friendly employees and communication.

Not a good experience at all. Be Aware. When I shared with the owner of Mi Spa nails, that I'd had not received the services that are described in the pedicure that I was about to pay for she was dismissive and rude and dishonest she said that every time I come, I complain which is not true, but I have had to address a couple of things for example one time I came. My appointment was at 2pm and I did not leave there till they were about to close afyer 6pm. I was there well over four hours because they waited on the white customers Ahead of me although I have been there several hours before the other customers were coming. Additionally, I pay well over 100+ dollars every time I go and I go once a month and somehow me wanting to address concerns that I have was not received well. There are racist & implicit bias behaviors evident. African Americans are treated differently. Be aware.

I loved going there to get nails and toes done. I all of them were over the top nice and even stayed 40-50 minutes after closing time to finish up my sister', mom's, and my nails. I loved the calming music they had on and their sense of humor was over the top. They had on tv shows on and there vibe was the best. 10 out of 10 recommend. Please go here if your in the area!

Updating my review to take a star off- they either need to hire more staff, work on their timing, or schedule appointments more appropriately. As I'm waiting here at almost 6 for my 5:30 appointment, two other ladies had came in for a 5:30 appointment too and already walked out.

I got my nails done here the first time and it was good, lasted longer than I anticipated so I tried it again for the second time. Both thumb nails started to chip by day 7. I had only a fraction of the dip polish on my right thumb nail by then end of day 8. I went in to have it fixed and I did not care if I had to pay for it or not, I just wanted my nail to look good for work the next day and I was told that they were fully booked and not able to fix the one nail that looked really bad from the rest that day. I asked them if they could just take the polish off on the right thumb nail so I don't have to walk around with it looking like that and again, I was told no, that they are fully booked and can't take the polish off that one thumb nail. I am definitely not going back there because if I have to deal with the inconvenience of taking time out of my busy to return to a nail salon to fix a chip, I should be accommodated to fix that chip especially when they pushed the dip polish on me telling me it last longer and should last me at least two weeks. I didn't even get a week out of it.
