I enjoyed going to the Spa. Hubby got me a gift card. They 'expire' in five years (which is stated on the back). I lost over $100 because the card "expired". I had asked Jerry at my last service to write the balance on the card - which he did - but did not say the card was expiring in a few months. THAT fact was never mentioned any of the times I used the card.
Had I been made aware, I would have booked right then and there. I moved an hour away, made an appointment and asked about the gift card, providing number and PIN. It was then that I was told sorry, card is dead. I reached out via email, to no avail. Buyer beware.

Couples spa was great, even though she was a friend not a couple. Lol. Did it on purpose. The only thing was the lady was too firm n I didn't want to keep repeating myself about being easier, esp since my friend had no problems. Also. It's not exactly an hr like they said. It's about 5mins off and for how much that costed it should b the whole time to the tee. Still great though.

I called weeks a ago to book the couples spa day as a Christmas gift for my husband with the massages, facial and pedicure, the lady I spoke with was super sweet and I was excited. The spa texted and confirmed multiple times. Well the morning of our appointment while I was getting ready, I received a call and a text message stating that they are going to have to cancel, I was very upset and close to tears because I had my whole day centered around this appointment, I explained that to the person I spoke with and all she asked if I would like to reschedule, I understand there are things that happen beyond our control....but this was a complete let down!!!
