Do not go to this salon!!! I went to this salon twice and noticed something different about the texture of my hair. I noticed when I washed my hair it had a certain smell. I haven't put a relaxer in my hair in 20 years!!! I worked very hard to get my hair back to its beautiful natural state. Im convinced they put a chemical (possibly a slight amount of relaxer in their conditione) to loosen my curl. I'm so upset! 20 years all to have this done without my knowledge or permission. it's a slight change in texture but noticeable. don't go here

Being Dominican myself I'm very picky with my hair, I've had the same hair lady for years. I recently moved to Long Island and was on the hunt for a Dominican hair salon closer to my house, so glad I found MG. They are half an hour drive from me but so worth it. I get my hair done with Yakauri and she leaves my hair beautiful and shiny.
Iscary is my favorite employee here this is my 2nd time coming here to her and I love how my hair turns out every time she is the sweetest and prettiest woman . She's very gentle and knows how to work my hair
I have been here several times since they opened and I can honestly say that the quality of work has not diminished! I have never come out of this salon disappointed in how my hair looks! My only piece of advice is to remember to ask about heat protectant
