We had a problem with our Viking stove The hood wasn't working properly and the convection part of the oven also wasn't functioning The nicest service man came solved the issue Couldn't be happier with the result I would only recommend them for any Viking repair you might have

First timer going to Soto Salon...after many other hair salons disappointed me I finally decided to give Soto Salon in Deer Park a try. I was greeted by Daniella & Carl and Sylvia was my Hairstylist. She was amazing. She listened to my concerns and colored, highlighted, trimmed, conditioned & blew out & curled my hair to Perfection. Tommy shampooed & conditioned my hair with an amazing massage that was so relaxing. The whole salon experience was nothing short of amazing. I am a New Customer, and I am so happy I gave Soto Salon a try. You should too! I would Highly recommend this Salon!

I have been coming here for 14 years. Won't ever stop. Best hair salon around. Carl and his staff are professional and very friendly.

So very happy to have found Soto Salon! This is my second visit. Cindy gave me a great haircut. The color was beautiful. She shared tips to help me style my thick wavy hair. And recommended two products that I love. I received so many complements! With a professional, competent and courteous staff and a comfortable environment, Soto Salon is a GEM in Deer Park.

I don't know why it took this long to write this review so here it goes. I had been going to this salon for about a year (I'll give credit where it's due. The stylist I was going to fixed the mistake from the stylist of the previous place I used to go to.) and was pretty satisfied with the way my hair came out each time until the last time I went there. I've been gradually trying to go lighter with my color and didn't mind waiting for it to grow out. I was also getting it cut a little bit each time. The last time I went there, not sure what happened but my hair was over processed. Whatever didn't break off had to be cut off. Not only that but I had beautiful naturally curly hair and now it doesn't curl the way it used to. It somehow changed my texture. I am beyond upset because it took me a long time to love my curls and now it sort of just hangs there frizzing out at the ends. I thought after a while (this happened about 2 years ago) and frequent hair cuts and conditioning treatments elsewhere it would go back to the way it used to look but it hasn't. I'm so embarrassed by the way it looks that it's made me very depressed. I look at it and just start crying over it. I used to always get compliments on my hair and now I do what I can to hide it. After the service was done, the stylist never apologized or even acknowledged her mistake and had the nerve to charge me full price! Beware of this place! They don't care about their clients and just want to rip you off for awful service. ETA response to owner: Are you kidding me?! My hair was ruined by your stylist. And the other review I left for the other salon has nothing to do with the review for your salon but since you mentioned it, you'll also notice that I did give credit where it was due where the same stylist fixed the mistake of that other stylist from the other salon which is not right up the road btw but in another town altogether but apparently you overlooked that part of my review. If I wasn't being truthful, I would've left that out along with the other statement about being satisfied with the way your stylist did my hair for a year before she ruined it. I have no idea why my hair does not curl the same way as it used to. I always had a nice curl pattern which coincidentally no longer curls the same way ever since this incident. I was told by another stylist elsewhere that this sometimes could happen when hair has been severely damaged. I appreciate the offer for double the money back and will add an extra star to this review for the offer but to further prove I'm not making this up, all I want is my curls to look the way they used to before this incident, not money. ETA to add second response to owner since they blocked me after responding to their message: Not sure what my reviews for other places of business have to do with the review for your business but since you brought it up again, they were all honest and fair based on my personal experiences with them. Some were good, some bad and some were mediocre. I wish I could've left a stellar review for your business than to have gone through what I've gone through. It gives me no pleasure to leave this review whatsoever especially since it came at the expense of my hair as well as my self confidence. I can't believe you would think that anyone would want their hair damaged just so they could leave a bad Yelp review. To your current and future clients, we as customers don't have any control as to what a stylist does to our hair once we're in their chair. We put our faith and our trust in you being the experts and professionals so it's disappointing to say the least when the outcome is not only not as expected but worse than when you walked in. I think I was fair and honest by publicly giving credit to your stylist when she fixed the mistake from a previous stylist from another salon and I acknowledged as such right from the start. And it was because of that, she had earned my trust which is why I kept coming back to her exclusively for a year. So imagine my surprise when my hair was breaking off and falling in my lap as the foils came off. I really hope no one else experiences what I went through. I wouldn't wish that on anyone not even the stylist who did this to me.
