Messi Heads Hair Salon in Knoxville, TN

Wonderful facility, friendly and talented stylists, and ON TIME for appointments!!!! We've been going back to this place time and time again. Just kinda wish they did tied (not beaded) fairy hair; but haven't found anyone in this area who does either.

Great experience here and a wonderful environment! Andrea is a hair goddess and I can only imagine there are many other talented stylist here too!

Visited this salon a few weeks ago  Oct 9th I believe it was. I left here with a negative experience. Not very impressive on how I  was treated towards  the end of my haircut. I called earlier that morning  I told the gal over the phone i needed some who knew how to cut  thick curly hair. She said the gal she had me with had curly hair  and know what she was doing. I get there  I tell her I wanted to keep the length bit a little trim,  and to trim up my layers.
And I wanted big wavy curls  styled.  I showed her a picture.
She's done cutting  and starts to sweep up my hair and moves on to her next client.
On my way out she didn't bother to check her work. What stylist doesn't check their work.  (In fact a couple days later I washed my hair and styled it it wasn't EVEN.)
I had to tell her 3 times how I wanted it styled. I showed her a picture  and still wasn't right. She literally swept up my hair and went on to her next client without saying  anything, not a " how do you like it, goodbye, nor a thank you.
 I guess that's what kind of a $30 service will get you.  I will not be going back. I even made a comment to the girl who took my payment. That I wasn't happy how she ended it.  The girl that cut my hair had red hair . I can't remember her name.
I would of thought  my comment to the gal taking my payment  she would of passed  it on  to the owner .  I clearly wasn't happy. And would of at least gotten an apology phone call. But NOPE.

Tracey did an excellent job on my hair and squeezed me in last minute on a Friday! She killed it and even took the time to blow it out and style it! Did I mention it was only $30 before tip? I just recently moved back from Chicago and my haircut there before tip was $60! Needless to say I will be back and highly recommend Tracey!

Since Tracy did my highlights and haircut a couple weeks ago, I can't recommend her to enough people.  My color is perfect and her rates are so affordable.  Tracy may be new to Knoxville but she won't have openings on her book for long once the word gets out about her.
