MELTED. salon + extension bar in Franklin, TN

Coming to Franklin from out of town, trusting a new stylist with my hair and my extensions was a terrifying feeling. After my consult with Melted., I felt confident and excited to book with Randi Rae.
During my appointment, Randi Rae made me feel comfortable during each step. I loved how communicative she was, not leaving me to guess what was going on up there on my head, or what the outcome would be. This is important to me as someone who has invested in extensions for 4 years knows how each stylist can do things differently.
Randi Rae is extremely meticulous in her work. She is very smart, talented, poised and professional. Not only that, but she is the sweetest person ever. She made me feel welcomed in a new area and sometimes that's rare to find  in a high-end salon environment.
Not only that, but Randie Rae has thought of everything when it comes to a full service salon. There are laptop stands, chargers, snacks and drinks to ensure you have everything you could need. This was extremely helpful during my long appointment.
I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by all the stylists at Melted. My hair looks and feels amazing; Randie Rae is so talented with extensions! I would definitely return and cannot thank her enough for welcoming me with open arms into Melted.!

I absolutely LOVE this place. As a blonde, I swear I have never found a stylist who understands my hair/truly listens to what I want. I see Sarah and she is AMAZING. She takes her time and exceeds all of my expectations. I always feel bad because my appointments are long appointments but she makes me feel so welcomed and goes above and beyond for me. I got extensions done for the first time by her and she truly made me my own hair goals. She is incredible at invisible bead hand tied method and I couldn't love my extensions more, they have been perfect. Even when I am making no sense trying to explain to her what I want, she totally understands me and what I'm truly wanting done. I couldn't recommend her enough!!!!! She's the best

I am SO thankful for Randi and her crew! My hair was an absolute mess before coming to her and she completely fixed it while making me feel so comfortable in her space. On top of her work she is a lovely person, understanding of my needs, very knowledgeable, and keeps my hair so healthy.

For reference: I'm a blonde with extensions - she not only has done an awesome job with this but is also going to help me transition to brunette! It's so nice to finally have someone with expertise that I trust with my hair. I trust her skill and her opinion.

The others in salon are also great! They all work together to get you and your hair feeling good (sounds cheesy, but it's true).

Randi Rae and her team are amazing. The atmosphere  in the salon is warm and inviting- giving someone a place to relax and get beautiful! I initially found Randi while I was in AFG for work and during my time overseas, we discussed l, in length, my hair concerns and desires.  

I have fine hair and my biggest concern is breaking my hair due to having extensions. however, m stylist (Randi Rae) checks my hair for breakage and unwanted fallout which puts my mind at ease.  I have also asked Ashley to style my hair for events when I want to feel more polished.  

I recommend looking up the salon on other media forums for all the amazing work that these ladies do!! honestly, glad I found this place.

Whether you want straight black (like mine) or a unique blend, these girls deliver!!  amazing and can't recommend them enough.

I see Randi-Rae for extensions and color.  I switched to Randi-Rae from someone else about 8 months ago and it was the best decision I ever made. Walking into her salon with the vibe is so fun. She does the concealed bead method for extensions and once you experience this technique you will never go back.
Plus there were so many things my other hair stylist wasn't telling me about extensions and why they weren't lasting as long as they should but Randi-Rae will give you a lesson on everything to do and not to do with them. She truly wants your extensions to last. Plus, I was getting full highlights every 8-12 weeks but when I came to Randi she was like "oh no. your hair is blonde enough you don't need that but maybe 1-2x a year". She is very honest and I love that.
