For that little fee they have charged for hair cuts the service and the quality are exceptional. The owner is very nice ,and the service is outstanding. The community loves them, and they are super busy. It is hard to believe this kind of wonderful service is in the "not so good" neighborhood. The best of the best could be anywhere.
