Woman (Gina?) yelled at me for requesting her to fix two nails that she botched. She got angry that I asked, and made it worse. I had to ask the owner to fix it. Owner took no accountability and proceeded to tell me Gina (?) is a nice woman

Terrible. No questions asked. Absolutely horrendous business etiquette. my girlfriend made an appointment here and when she went to get get her nails done no one was freaking there!! Unbelievable because she had giftcards and everything so she can save some money to get her nails done and she cant even use them before she goes to Florida. Now I have an angry girlfriend and she has no nails. Fix your business.
If I could give a 0 I would. Went here for the first time, got a gel mani and a regular pedi. Within two hours of getting home one nail completely pealed off, went straight up there for them to fix. Next day another nail fell off, couldn't go back that day so went back the next to get it fixed, after leaving for the second time a different nail pealed off a few hours after. My full set had fallen off within 5 days!!! Never ever ever again will I go back!
This place sucks! They charge 30$ to soak off your nails and when they do it they use a darn metro card. How ridiculous is that?! They hurt me several times and finally used a nail drill and that didn't help. I still had acrylic on my nails. They have received horrible reviews on Google. Please listen to the reviews. This place is horrendous!!!!
