Went to Massage Envy today for a facial .Diane was the esthetician and administered the best facial I have ever had will have in my life.She has to the reason everyone goes there.She was friendly and gave solid advice regarding service and products that could help me.The facial was better than a massage I was just totally impressed. I will be back and if you require pampering Diane's your gal.
Pre New Year Massage : massage table was COLD, the room was COLD, the oil was COLD. the therapist explained she had just arrived ( time 11 am) so she couldn't do anything about the cold table or room. This is a fairly large facility with multiple rooms. Massage was ok - but hard to relax on a cold table. Not certain why they would send me to a room that was NOT prepped. I won't be returning.
I have been trying to cancel my membership, I have completed form they sent and returned to them twice before calling today since have not received a confirmation of cancelation.
The woman on phone argued with that my document was not signed yet noone contacted me in any way to share this.
I have signed document saved and it was not missing any signature. My choosing to leave is because the quality of services do not meet what I have had elsewhere. Having read in other reviews that cancelation was a nightmare I wish I listened but hoped to have a different experience.
I do not recommend the membership at all.
I am visiting Rhode Island for the first time and had a membership with ME. The two massages and one facial I received at this location were some of the best I have ever had. Brit and Walter both gave outstanding Swedish massages, of which I prefer. They both had the perfect soft pressure which I prefer and both gave very relaxing massages. Both masseurs were two of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend them if Swedish Massages are your preference. Elizabeth gave me an obaggi facial that relaxed me so much that I fell asleep. It was a fabulous facial---90 minutes, which I prefer and lots of creams and pampering including massaging shoulders, lower arms and hands. Elizabeth is an excellent esthetician. I left there with my skin looking amazing! The salon is very clean. I highly recommend this Massage Envy to anyone who wants to be pampered by real pros!!
