Kayla Minner exceeded all expectations during my first-ever facial experience! Her service was exceptional--accommodating, informative, patient, and understanding. We thoroughly discussed my skin health concerns, and Kayla provided fantastic recommendations. Opting for both a facial and a chemical peel, she took the time to explain the peel process, addressing any worries I had. The environment was equally impressive--welcoming, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The room had a delightful, homey atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. Upon leaving the room, Kayla pleasantly inquired about my skincare routine. I expected a push for products, but to my delight, she complimented my routine and offered information about their offerings without any pressure. Kayla also informed me of special deals on their body care items, and I couldn't resist trying the whipped body butter and Vanilla Buttercream sugar scrub. The body butter's amazing scent lingers, providing moisture throughout the day, while the sugar scrub left my skin soft and moisturized, not to mention the fantastic fragrance! In conclusion, my overall experience was wonderful. I'll certainly be returning and enthusiastically recommending Kayla to everyone I know.

Tried to reschedule my appointment. Followed their 24 hr cancellation protocol. Called multiple times and left messages. They charged me for the appointment anyways, even after I explained to them the situation.

Absolutely perfect cut & style with Renee! I showed her a couple pics of what I was looking for & she exceeded expectations. Such a lovely & welcoming place -- I'll definitely be back.

I have never left a bad review anywhere ever. But honestly I'm pretty much floored with how bad the service was. I'm in from out of town and needed a Brazilian laser treatment done. My skin is naturally tan so the laser needed to be adjusted to compensate for that. I was greeted by staff and everyone was lovely. I had three laser treatments at a previous place. So as my fourth time I was wondering why it hurt so badly. My skin was on fire afterwards for three hours (not normal) I woke up today and my skin was red and some other parts completely black. I call and tell the receptionist what happened and that I'm completely burned. All she said was sorry this can happen sometimes and to apply cold water compress, Neosporin and aloe Vera. Seriously? I know I signed a waiver but I definitely got the brush off. If you have tan skin DO NOT go here for laser.

The esthetician that works here is experienced and is educated in everything. She has had her license fir 4 years. She went the extra mile. Mary is very professional and educated. She teaches everything. This place offers everything. They run lots of specials. Beautiful building and very clean. Great products. Easy to schedule.
