I went in to get my box dyed brown hair lifted to a blonde again. I showed the stylist a picture of the look I was going for. Essentially a blonde balayage/ombré. What i ended up with was light brown hair and two BLEACH BLONDE strips of hair right in the center of my face. The blonde strips are VERY harsh and do not look right for this look. I am mortified to leave the house looking like this. Very frustrated that what I got was nothing similar to the photo I showed the stylist. I would not recommend. Along with that, while waiting to get my hair done the stylist had a phone call in which she answered. Assuming it was with the manager who was calling to ask about a previous client of this stylist who hated her hair.
