Mary Queen always does a fantastic job on my dip manicure! It last for 3-4 weeks with no sign of wear except for natural nail growth! Pedicures are wonderful too! Very clean. Locally owned business by Collierville residents, Vinh La & Mary!

The service was less than stellar. It was crowded when I first arrived. I was greeted at the door but that was the end of the pleasantries. The technician first tried to burn the hell out of my feet until I moved then she asked if it was too hot. Very poor skills doing the pedi..I believed that she could have done better but did not want to. Next came the Mani. It was mediocre. Look like it did before I came except for the cuticles trimmed. 65$ for just ok. Oh yes... Why was everyone else given wine or asked... Me? Do not recommend

There was a time when I frequented this place often but a recent career change doesn't permit me to have much free time anymore. I went in recently and was very disappointed. I was unhappy with my nails halfway through the service and the tech assured me that another coat of polish would make them more aesthetically pleasing. After she added the 3rd coat I was still unhappy and instead of her attempting to resolve the issue she proceeded to raise her voice, with much attitude and ask repeatedly "Why didn't you say that in the beginning?!" The truth of the matter is, I did. Mary overheard and came over to attempt to resolve the issue and I allowed her to paint another color on top of my nails. Three days after my service which was shellac, multiple nails have already chipped. Shellac should last much longer than 3 days. Mary is a sweetheart but after my last encounter, I unfortunately won't be returning.

Kind of pricey, but they did work relatively quickly when I was in a hurry and needed a quick pedi and full set. They also have SNS. A very limited selection of colors, but they have it.
