Today I visited @nailed_by_denise , I came in with a same day appointment for a sculpted acrylic nail set. Very much to my surprise as most of the technicians I called prior in day were booked weeks out or just flat out not accepting new clients. When I arrived I mentioned being interested in the GelX gel extensions and even more to my surprise Denise mentioned she offered that as well!! I was so happy I had given up on finding a nail technician in the AV that specializes in this system months prior. What a lucky day for me I switched my game plan which Denise was very accommodating to and she started prepping my (severely damaged) nails. Boy was I super impressed with all her knowledge and ability to communicate the various techniques to me that she offers. I'm not accustomed to this at all. I never imagined that my nails could look this awesome I've come very accustomed to settling, well not anymore. I'm so happy to have found you Denise, thank you for taking pride in your work it really shows and with this new system and alternative to acrylics my nails thank you as well!

Owner did my hair. Bleached it wrong and left it too long it broke my hair. She takes on too many clients at once and chit chats too much that she doesn't pay attention to what she's doing.
