Very ghetto and unprofessional business don't go here. I really wanted to like this business because I'm a huge supporter for small business especially black owned beauty companies but this place is horrid. She will delete all negative reviews so I'm going to leave it here on yelp since I know they will not delete it. My experience at first wasn't as bad however within a week all my lashes started to drop off. I went to another lash professional but she used better quality lashes that were much light weight and also lasted much longer. I don't recommend anyone here If you're looking for an experienced qualified lash artist. Also very unprofessional I cancelled my appointment and she says her business doesn't give bank deposit even if you cancel a week in advance and after sending her an email to cancel my appointment because I already recieved services elsewhere she still didn't cancel so I reported her to my card company and they handled it from their end so she can't take out money from my account and filed a claim to refund my deposit. Anyways don't do business with this lash artist if you're looking for a professional lash artist it's worth paying the extra $60 for someone that has more experience and runs their business more professionally. Also she didn't space out my lashes right my current lash artist told me it could damage my lashes it wasn't enough space for my hair to grow in correctly. Not worth the head ache going here. This business been here for 2 years yet only 8 reviews? I know she changed the name of it but definitely deleting bad reviews lol
