Got my hair done by Theresa. She did a good job ,but I would have liked her to have taken her time to detangle my hair a little better. I had a lot of hair come out my head from her detangling my hair fast, rough, and without using the right product for my thick curly hair. Overall my hair looks great though.
Just wanted simple curls for a night out. Lady insisted on washing my hair after I told her I washed it this morning and my clean hair doesn't hold a curl. After getting a lot of water in my ears and soaking half of my shirt I was directed to a chair for a blow dry. My curls were falling out before I ever left the salon. She didn't even spray it. Complete waste of time and money . Huge disappointment especially when the hotel we are staying in recommended them.
I was recommended to book with Cindy for a much needed root touch up on my ombré and ends trimmed. The appointment was at 8 a.m. (by my choice) and shortly after a brief consult with Cindy; she called Maritza for help to make sure she applied the correct root color for my ombré. Kudos to the excellent teamwork, dedication to quality service, and asking for help when one doesn't know. After Maritza mixed the color, Cindy went to work (dye roots, shampoo, conditioning treatment, wash & set, and ends trimmed)! I was ready to check-out and Maritza stopped me; she suggested a slight eyebrow dye (FREE). It all turned out amazing. More importantly, I paid 50% less than I'm used to paying in Baltimore for roots and trim. FYI--many regulars walked-in for a wash & sets without appointments.
