I recently went there and made a yelp review for 5 starts and said 6 if I could. However I am a bit disappointed in how my hair turned out to be a week later. I was told to buy shampoo and conditioner and a hair leave in treatment, was told to not wash my hair with anything but this. I didn't wash my hair for three days after I got the color treatment and the color was still the color I liked (I wanted more of a icy white white and got a icy silver) I used the purple shampoo and now my hair has a bit of a greenish tint to it. I has Shahla who in my opinion was one of the nicest ladies that I have ever seen at a salon. However, after 23 days my hair is not what I thought it would be. I have not used heat on it and it looks extremely dead, I used the exact products she told me to use and NOTHING more and my hair now looks nothing like it did in the salon. It feels so dead and it was dead before but she said after using the leave in treatment it should feel better. It feels worse... I really like all the ladies there, all of them are so sweet but I feel it was not good for the $250 I spent. I also understand this one if my fault but I feel the products she gave me were forced on me. If I didn't get the leave in treatment she would have to cut four inches off my hair. I don't know if that's a joke but for a 16 year old who was using her moms money to pay, I think it was not the best thing to say. I also told her my beauty budget was $150, $200 if you really needed too but try the $150, and my total without the products was $192, I had no money in my bank account for a tip so I could only give her $7, which I felt bad about, but how my hair turned out I don't even know if the $7 was worth it. Again I think the salon is nice, all the ladies are nice, but my roots are a different color, I try not being harsh, but I want people who go here to understand how the salon really is. If anyone can help me with my discoloration in my hair and how dead it is please help!!!

Disappointed in the service I received here as a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding. For the life of me I can't remember who my stylist was so this review may have to be taken with a grain of salt. The stylist was nice enough but I was not impressed by any means with my hair. I asked for volume and curls, and I ended up with something that I could have done in my own bathroom in the dark. Maybe as a bride who has had a trial or for regular services, this salon is good but I wouldn't expect much if it's for a one-time thing.

I went to Briana for my nails upon a suggestion. I am so incredibly pleased with the quality of her work! She listened to what I wanted and my nails look exactly the way I hoped they would. I will most definitely go back to her and will be highly recommending her to all of my friends!! Thank you Briana!

This was my second time going to this salon and also my last. The first time was actually not so bad, but this time I got a different girl doing my hair. She was very nice and sweet and we did have some good conversations, but that doesn't make up for the damage that was done to my hair. A background on my hair, I have been various shades of blonde for probably 8 straight years and have never had any problems with damage other than the regular split ends here and there. My hair has always been pretty long and I have very thick hair and I only get my hair dyed 3 or maybe 4 times a year to try to not over process it. However, I actually had not put any bleach on my hair prior to this day at this salon in about 8 months (the last time I got my hair done 4 months ago in October, I actually decided to go a bit darker and only added lowlights and no bleach whatsoever, so I was for sure not bleaching my hair in too short of a time span). When I went in to get my hair done, my hair did look pretty blonde-ish already and that is because most of the dark dye faded out and my previously platinum blonde hair was peaking out again, and I was ready to be a little brighter blonde again. So, I showed the stylist a picture of blonde highlights that I liked that was just a bit lighter and brighter than my current hair color. I thought it was very strange that the chair I was in did not have a mirror in front of me even though the salon was pretty empty since I was there on a Wednesday afternoon, and there were plenty chairs with mirrors available (including her own station). But I'm not extremely familiar with the way they run things there, so I just tried to not think much of it. She put foils in my hair and let it sit before we eventually went to the sinks and she washed my hair. After washing, she immediately said she thought she should tone the top of my hair because it was more golden than the bottom, and I said that sounded okay. So she put a whole bottle of toner on my head and let that sit and then washed it again. When she was brushing my hair before blow drying she kept mentioning how extremely badly I was shedding, but again I could not see anything because there was no mirror and the hair was falling behind me. I do shed quite a bit after washing my hair so I figured it was just the usual. After only half blow drying my hair, she attempted to straighten it while it was still damp and i could tell there were quite a lot of areas where my hair seemed unusually tangled and hard for her to get a brush or the straightener through. Of course, when she was done and I finally was able to look in the mirror, my hair was extremely frizzy and the color was only slightly lighter at the roots but the rest looked the same. I said thank you and went to go pay since I had been there for 4 hours already and I was happy enough just with a lighter root to not ask for anything else to be done. When I got home is when I realized that this okay experience at the salon was actually a nightmare. I was going to finish drying and straightening my hair since it just looked like a half-done frizzy mess, when I was sectioning my hair off and noticed I had multiple chunks of hair that were completely broken off. These pieces of hair are about 5 inches shorter than the normal length of my hair and the ends are frayed beyond repair. Across my whole head there are some really large chunks of breakage as well as just some strands that are mixed in with normal length hair. Not to mention once I actually had the bottom of my hair straightened I could tell how uneven my haircut was with some random pieces way longer than others in the same section. (Also just to be clear the photos of my after hair shows my hair air dried and not straightened because once I came to the realization that much of my hair was damaged and broken, I panicked and immediately did a hair mask and let it air dry) After 2 days of calling, I finally was able to talk to a manager (no manager was there the other times I called). She told me the owner was not going to be in until Monday (5 days after the day of my appointment) and she couldn't do anything for me except offer me a deep conditioner, which I said I didn't want since I don't want to go back to that salon. The same day I talked to this manager, the girl who did my hair called and left a voicemail explaining that she had already told me about the breakage on my hair and that's why she gave me a free deep conditioning treatment while I was there...THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! She never told me about breakage, she said I was shedding and she did NOT give me a deep conditioning treatment! She used a purple shampoo on me and did a normal quick conditioner and never once brought up deep conditioning or breakage while I was at the appointment. Very disappointed, go to Salon Ananda instead if you care about your hair's health. By the way, the owner never called me back to talk about my refund.
