Leah cut my hair most of the time and she is extremely friendly and she listens to what I want and asks questions to make sure I get exactly what i'm looking for. I got a pixie cut and she made me look amazing. All the employees are friendly and accommodating. Would go back
I can not tell you how much I love this place! I just moved to Oshkosh and received a terrible haircut from a different location about a month ago. I tried to save it and woke up this morning in tears...there was no hope! I looked for advice from my co-workers who suggested Family Values Hair Salon. They were able to fit me in and the stylist was so nice and willing to help me out. She was sympathetic to my situation and took the time to make sure that the haircut I walked out with was something I loved. I couldn't be more happy! They have secured a life-long customer. I made an appointment by finding them on the Paul Mitchell website. I went in for a simple cut to my pixie style that had gotten a little long. I was a bit surprised that I was the only customer in a large salon but I went ahead and gave it a try. Kelly did my hair and she was professional and down to earth. She asked a lot of questions to make sure I got what I wanted and even cut my husbands hair without an appointment. I'll go back for a quick haircut again. Overall happy with my service
