I just moved to Rancho and it's been so hard to find a good salon. I was a walk in and was sat down within 10 minutes. Amy was so sweet and did an amazing job. I got an old set removed and new set put on and it was the most pain less experience I've ever had. I showed Amy a design I wanted from Pinterest and she did it perfectly. Price was great and the whole staff was kind. It's comforting seeing regulars come in and out and the stuff know them all my name.
Absolutely loves all the women in this salon. They treat me and my daughters like family and are the kindest women ever. They are experts at nails and the pedicures are to die for. 10 s!!
I made an appointment to have my nails done this evening. I experienced the most subpar service and literally left the salon in tears. They did a horrific job on my hands. I complained many times and asked them to fix the sloppy job they were doing. I was met with no response. I had a pedicure booked which I ended up cancelling. After repeatedly asking the technician to fix them and do a nicer job, I was met with NO RESPONSE. I do NOT Recommend this salon. I paid $60.00 for the most horrific nails I have ever had.
Never going back. Got Gel service and noticed my hands hadn't been massaged, just to find out, they don't massage or lotion your hands unless you pay an additional $5. It's not posted on their menu for Gel manicure service. When I complained they kept insisting I pay the up charge for what's normally a basic service and included. They cut my daughter's and my cuticle to the point of bleeding. My nails had too many shapes for me to count but were supposed to be square. Be careful!
