This is one of my favorite places in this area for nails. I think they need to get more colors and could use a few updates, but my shellac nails always look good past two weeks.
First time here. Called ahead for powder dip and was told the cost was $40. Was seated in front of the price board where I verified the price was $40. After a somewhat painful process I was told the cost was $50. The manicure was an extra $10. I explained I never requested a manicure (although some may think when requesting a manicure you would get a manicure) nor did I see it in the price board. He said $50. I gave him the money in disgust and told him he was dishonest. Feeling robbed.
This place is absolutely horrible! Each nail tech has stuff they do wrong or bad and it's not worth the time or money. I don't think i've ever been to this place and left happy to be honest. The clientele simply doesn't care about the customers, they are rude and will milk you for money. Just paid 50$ for no shape and no design at all just some length. Tried showing the prices THEY HAVE POSTED to the lady , telling her it should be 10-15 dollars less , while she yelled at me. Never going back
I call to make an appointment for a manicure, I was asked to come at 12pm, I was not informed that you can only pay by cash, supposedly the credit card machine is still down. At 1230pm, I'm informed that they are running a little behind and that it will only be a few more minutes. At 1pm I leave, with all the nails places in town, I will no longer be giving this establishment my business, sorry but your credit card machine was supposedly broken back in March.
I had an appointment four days ago for dipped nails. This is the result. The technician roughed up the top of my nails when I told him not to, didn't trim anything or take care of the cuticles and didn't file the edges properly when he was finishing up. Now on top of this shoddy job of a manicure that is supposed to last SIX WEEKS I have chipped up, super thin, breakable nails underneath that I'm going to have to deal with for months after this. I'm so offended and disgusted I can't even make myself call them to complain or ask them to redo their work. I'm just not going back. Ever. 0/10 would never recommend someone to go here.
