My friend just got her nails done here, had shown the guy a reference picture below, apparently he didn't want to do the design and instead just made them black and red which is obviously completely different from what she asked for. She's extremely unhappy with her nails as well as being overcharged. $120 dollars for plain black/red nails with a coffin shape seems a bit overpriced especially considering it's nothing she had asked for. Don't bother coming here unless you want ugly nails.
Rudest women I have ever encountered at a nail salon. I was in town visiting my sister and decided to treat myself. When I stated the service I wanted she misunderstood what I wanted and got mad and started throwing stuff around and talking about me to the other staff. What should have been a relaxing time was super stressful. I apologized for the miscommunication multiple times but she wouldn't acknowledge me. Dont go here!!!! Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.
This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The nail tech rushed through it and was rough with the whole process. We got there at little after opening at 10am and were the first customers. The place was empty and I called the day before to make an appointment so I'm not sure why she rushed. She was going so fast, she didn't realize she cut my cuticle really deeply. On two of my toes! Like, a chunk of my skin. I didn't realize until I looked down after it tingled a bit after she got up and walked away. I could see nothing but pink and when I yelped out, she put pressure on it and said, "I'm sorry! I love you." She was rough with that too because she hurt me even worse and it made me even more irritated. That was the moment I should've just stopped and not let her finish, but I had an event to go to and no time to go anywhere else. So I let her finish after she cleaned the area and kept going. She did a great job with my gel manicure though. When I got to the register, the amount was different than I thought it would be and realized she gave me a $2 discount. So cutting two of my toes was only worth $2? The crazy thing is, I've been to this nail salon before and never had an issue. I haven't been here in a while but I know I'm not coming back.
