I had an appointment Saturday morning 930, and by 1245 I had had enough. One stylist working on four clients is ridiculous! I have been to the salon multiple times and this was the first time I was unsatisfied. I might be willing to give them another chance on a weekday. Liz, please get scheduling under control.
