Madison Salon in Clarksville, TN

I found a gem on Madison. Called Madison Salon. I was well taken care of for a color cut & style by Josh Osborne. Great job thank you.

Horrible customer service with Patti. She either has no attention to detail or is absent minded and disorganized. Either way, she is not someone I would trust with my hair. Spoke with her directly to make an appointment, and talked about how generally I needed Saturday availability but had availability tomorrow (which was Thursday). She offered me a time "tomorrow" and I accepted. I arranged child care, and drove in the rain for my appointment and she argues with me in front of the whole salon (doesn't even have the respect to walk over to me) that our appointment was Friday. Even though the word "Friday" NEVER came out of either of our mouths and we ended the call with "see you tomorrow." She ultimately sarcastically tells me "sorry you're having a hard day but our appointment is for Friday" and turns away from me. She doesn't even consider the fact that she screwed up. This is NOT behavior that I want from a stylist. This was the worst and probably most humiliating customer service that I've ever received from a salon, and especially one that advertises how their stylists listen to the needs of their clients. Obviously not. On the phone she was so busy trying to sell me on different hair masks and treatments that she could try that she clearly only cared about that and not about making sure she had the correct date for me. Red flags all around and I can't imagine what would have happened if I had her do my hair. She made it very clear how she handles mistakes. Patti is rude, dismissive, and acts without integrity. If that is who this salon hires, then I'm not inclined to give my business to anyone else there.

Josh is a lifesaver! I completely messed my hair up by trying to dye it myself and he made it better than I ever imagined. I'm new to the area and needed a new stylist and I'm so happy I found him! His energy is amazing and he's definitely one of a kind. I grabbed a good amount of his business cards to give to family and friends. The salon itself is so cute and clean. The whole staff seems so genuine and they really know what they're doing. I will definitely be back

Heather makes an excellent addition to the team at Madison Hair Salon. Her customer service is beyond reproach. Great conversation and another great hair cut. See you next time Heather.

Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and skip it. Very rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful.
