Love this place . I've been getting my hair cut here for 7 years . The place is nothing fancy but if you like nice people , good music (an eclectic )assortment and a great product this place for you . A great place to get a men's haircut. I've recommended My Salon to several male friends and they always look better after leaving My Salon .
DO NOT COME HERE. I asked the lady to cut my hair *half an inch from the bottom*, which is quite simple. I thought she understood, and I asked her if I could see it when she started cutting because the scissors looked too close and I wanted to make sure she got the right length as I had a bad feeling. But she insisted to keep cutting and didn't let me see. Turns out, she cut it so there was about only *one inch of hair from the root*. Luckily it was just on the bottom layer and not my entire hair. I have been trying to grow the bottom layer for the past year and now my hair is ruined. I am very upset and just wasted $10. PLEASE save your money and go to another salon where the stylist actually listens to you.
I'm a college student and M.Y. Hair Salon was right by my school, so I was tentative about the quality of haircut I was going to get. However, the lady was really nice and with little to no instruction on my part she gave me a spanking fresh new do.
Came here to get a haircut after work. Kind of hidden, but nice and clean inside. The woman who cut my hair was very nice and helped me pick a hairstyle after I told her what I was looking for. $20 dollars for a woman's haircut (hair was very long). Will be coming back!
$10 for men's haircut. It was a quick and easy stop. The lady who cut my friends hair was super nice and knows what shes doing. Shes not pushy and will comply to the hair cut you want.
