When I first walked in I loved the decor of the salon, and the atmosphere was nice. I had called and scheduled an appointment a day prior. The next day I came in at the appointed time. Rachel was still finishing a client so I was told politely to wait. I waited about twenty minutes. When I got to the chair I explained the cut I wanted it and she then explained how it would look etc. so I agreed to the cut and she began to spray my hair down and cut. I had wanted a shampoo but she never asked so I just let it go, I didn't want to ask after she had already started and I felt like she was rushing the cut! The cut took only about 12 minutes. I was semi happy with the cut, until I noticed later after I had to go home and wash and style my hair, that the left side of my hair was a half inch longer! Luckily I knew a friend who fixed it. I certainly didn't want to go back to her! I'm not the type to complain but my friend had went to her a week after me and his cut was uneven he had gotten a simple fade. His hair was never cleaned up around the back of the neck or on the sides, like any stylist does. All in all not happy with the cuts and no stylist should ever rush a cut. Unfortunately I will not come back or ever recommend anyone to come to your establishment.
